Antidrug action in Suhareka: Hero seized, three people arrested

According to Kosovo Police spokesman Daut Hoxha, during this operation there has been seized about 1 kilogram of suspected narcotic substance of heroin. Also, three people suspected of involvement in this criminal activity have been arrested.

Under the operation, three locations were checked in the Suhareka region, where four firearms, a hunting weapon, and a considerable amount of ammunition and narcotics were found and seized.

All actions have been undertaken in close co-ordination with the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren.

Kosovo's “Police, anti-drug units respectively, remain committed to combating and preventing criminal activities related to narcotics”, Hoxha said, among other things.
