Homazhs took place in Glodjan, at the commemoration of the March 24th battle. [...]
Homazhets were held in Glodjan, at the commemoration of the battle on 24 March 1998, when Kosovo Liberation Army forces faced Serb forces that had surrounded the village.
Those present placed flowers and held honours near the tomb of martyrs, remembering the sacrifice of the fallen in this battle, considered among the most important events of the KLA war in Dukagjin.
On this day, the martyrs of Him Haradinaj, Gazmend and Agron Mehmetaj were killed, while Glogdjan's battle remains one of the most popular confrontations of the 1998-1999 war in Kosovo. /eo
