DP leader Sali Berisha arrived shortly before 600 in the blue headquarters, wearing sports. Meanwhile, protesters began gathering.
Today's gathering won't have speeches, since there's a missing podium in the square.
As always before the protests called by the opposition, the prime minister is surrounded by iron fences, while police today have announced roads that will be blocked during the protest.
