Albanian citizens extradited to Kosovo for misuse of documents in Vushtrri

Police report that the suspect had been on the run since the same suspect was suspected to have been equipped with documents from the Republic of Kosovo, presenting illegal documents.

Following admission by police officials who have handled the case, the suspect has been sent to court, while investigations into misuse of official position or authority and legalisation of false content continue.

Police announcement:
A male citizen of Albania has been extradited in 18.03.26 over the case by Albania's authorities. The suspect had been on the run as the same suspect was suspected to have been equipped with documents from the Republic of Kosovo, presenting illegal documents. The suspect after being admitted by police officials who have handled the case has been sent to court.
