Durres police today suggested that they have identified and arrested at the City Port, Martin Dervisin.
Following the procedure for this case, Border Police services made the ban, aimed at extraditing Italy, citizens Armando Valchizan alias Armando Dervisois Armando Gheorghe alias Dervisis Martin Dervishi, 42”, said in the official announcement.
The verification proved that the Pordenone Court has sentenced this citizen to 5 years, 9 months and 5 days in prison, for the criminal act “coming”, with serious consequences, and for illegal immigration.
“Interpol Tirana is co-operating with Interpol Roma to finalise the procedure for the extradition of this citizen to Italy”, local police clarify.
The procedure materials referred to the Durres Prosecution for further action. /Periscope
