United Kingdom Ambassador Jonathan Hargrees has reacted after Kosovo lost the crucial match against Turkey for qualifications at the World Championship.
Hargrees said Kosovo has achieved an extraordinary performance.
He has said that if someone told you in 1999 that Kosovo would arrive here, it would not believe.
