If I as the winner of the election, as the chairman of Vetevendosje, am responsible for forming the Government, electing the president is not the sole responsibility of the winning party. The election of the president is meant to happen with a partnership. So we would have a consensus figure. So, someone who's not of any political party, someone who's beyond the controversy of the current” scene.
He said that the president's profile requires the Constitution.
