Communications:
The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo strongly condemns the exhibition in Pristina, which knowingly tries to distort the truth about the massacres committed by the Serbian state to the Albanian people in the last war.
Efforts to rewrite history and relat to crimes committed against the Albanian people are unacceptable and constitute a direct attack on victims and their memory. Such exhibitions not only violate historical truth but also seriously hurt the feelings of families of those killed and all our society, trying to diminish responsibility for the crimes committed.
Such actions constitute a grave insult to the collective memory and sacrifice of the people of Kosovo and cannot be tolerated in any form.
The Parliamentary Group of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo will hold the Parliamentary Group accountable for the Speaker of the Parliament for complete clarification on what criteria the decision to scandalous financing of this exhibition is based.
Those responsible for this unacceptable act should be called to responsibility.
In the end, we stress that the author of this exhibition, Shozen Gashi, is a former adviser to Prime Minister Kurti's cabinet, which makes it even more disturbing that such naratis have also been promoted by individuals who are part of Kurti Government structures.
