According to updated data on March 29, 2026 at noon: 7,482 public officials or 72.32% have completed the statement, 1,394 or 13.48% are under way and 1,469 or 14.20% have not started the statement at all.
A total of 10,345 tasked officials remain out of the process, directly jeopardising the violation of the” legal term, the APK reports.
According to this agency, the next three days are crucial and any inaction within this deadline automatically activates pre-lawed punitive mechanisms.
It's a legal obligation. Disrespecting the legal deadline results in the automatic pronunciation of the mandate fine, worth 30% of the subject's declaration pay. Any delay over 15 days is the basis for initiating criminal investigations. At this stage, any neglect is unwarranted. We invite all officials to complete the statement immediately. The time is running out now”, quoted in the Yll Buleskaj communique, director of the Corruption Prevention Agency.
The agency recalls that inacquacy, delays or incorrect statements, in addition to nontransparent and accountability to the public, constitutes direct violations of legal obligations and treatment under legislation in effect, including administrative measures and criminal procedures.
The APK remains available for technical support and clarification throughout the period, but stresses that the responsibility for timely statements is individual and non-transmittable.
