He has dismissed claims by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office on the functioning of the wartime Kosovo Intelligence Service and its direction by Wessel.
No evidence has brought us ZPS that SHIK was operational at the time. Only after the war was the intelligence facility established, only at that time was he able to run it”.
He stressed that evidence shows that such a structure was impossible to create during the war.
When Wessel speaks of developing the Kosovo Information Service (SHIK) after the war, it has nothing to do with what may have happened during the war. If after the war any information was considered, it does not mean that something like that happened during the war.”, Dixon said.
