ZRRE told RTV21 that expensive applications of energy operators such as COSTT, KEDS, KESCO are in the screening phase.
The announced “Information relates to the requirement for determining revenues and tariffs for the Nominated Electricity Operator (ALPEX) and confirmation of the 2026 tariffs, which will remain unchanged compared to the preliminary period. This decision has nothing to do with tariffs for other energy operators, such as KOSTT, KEDS and KESCO, which are still subject to a revision and application assessment process for maximum allowed revenues. ”
While a decision on expensive or not electricity for all consumers is expected to be taken in March. Meanwhile, citizens will accept electricity bills with new tariffs as early as April. The day before it was confirmed that KESCO has demanded an expensive electricity of 21%, one of their reasonings was the rise of the minimum wage initially of 425 euros and then 500 euros.
