The National Election Co-ordinator in State Prosecutor Laura Pula has called vote manipulations likely in the December 28th snap elections unexpected.
She said there has been no such thing for years, taking an example of the improvement that had taken place after the 2010 elections, where the world had been in severe irregularities.
The whole opinion is how I know that such a big theft, a massive counterfeit vote really happened years ago”, Pula said in Klan Kosovo, broadcast Periscope.
I'm saying that since 2013 I'm a national co-ordinator of the country's elections, and in reflection of the consequences of 2010 when there were almost enough bad elections back then, we've had the initiative, the prosecutorial system, to do a memorandum of co-operation with all relevant institutions, starting from the CEC, Kosovo Police, the Judiciary Council, and we as the only prosecutorial system, with moto, we were introduced there to protect the citizenship vote<1x>
And this has produced undeniable results”.
“Citizen vote manipulation [in the December 28th elections] for deputies of the Republic of Kosovo, for the Assembly, were really unexpected for us”. /Periscope
