Tully: After June 1999, KLA Military Police have been in Selimi's responsibility

Eric Tulley, who represents Rexhep Selimin, has said that after June 1999, the KLA Military Police have not been responsible for his client. “After June (1999) The KLA and the KLA Military Police have been under the command, structures and responsibility of the area commanders. “After June (1999) The KLA and the KLA Military Police have been under the command, structures and responsibility of the area commanders. He wasn't in Mr. President's responsibility. Selimi”, Tully said.
He said that in terms of these claims, the prosecution has failed to verify its arguments.
And if Selim had any control over the Police as Minister of Public Order... The SPS has failed to verify its arguments”, he said.
The ZPS under Tully has used this term as a basket to establish unorthodox evidence to give the wrong impression that there was a police force headed by Selimi as minister of Public Order.
“To be clear, the KLA police term is a SPS thesis drawn up as a basket where SPS can cast as much evidence through uninhibited evidence to give the wrong impression that there was a police force and that it was run by Selimi as minister of Public Order”, Tully said.
Tully said it's the prosecution's attempt to give a wrong impression.
“ ...while this argument does not stand at”, the lawyer, Eric Tulley, who took word to issue a closing statement after Selim's other lawyer, Geoffrey Roberts, said on the other side.
