The Constitutional Court in Mitrovica has decided to release ten suspects for manipulation of the vote count in the Mitrovica region.
As Kosova Prees learns, the court has released by not charging with any measure of suspects for whom this hearing has been held today.
The founding prosecutor in Mitrovica had submitted a request to the court yesterday for the appointment of the detention measure against ten persons suspected of manipulation of counting by votes during the counting process in the December 28th 2025 elections.
Meanwhile, the prosecution had interviewed 43 leaders of the Municipal Counting Centres in South Mitrovica, Northern Mitrovica, Leposaviq, Zubin Potok and Zvecan on Saturday, until 34 of them were sent to 48-hour holding.
