Kosovo police have managed hours after the event to arrest the suspect, K.M.
This was confirmed by Peja Prosecutor's spokesman Shkodran Nikci.
Nikci announced that at the state prosecutor's order the suspect has been detained for 48 hours.
“Brend the legal deadline, the prosecutor will file a request to ensure the defendant's presence in criminal procedure”, he stressed.
