(6 months ago)Representatives of the platform “Freedom has a name”, Eliza Hoxha and Ismail Tasholli, today they have visited the Skywright municipality and were hosted by President Sami Lushtaku, along with municipal administration, who have expressed their support for the civic March “Justice, not the political”, which will be held on February 17th in Pristina, in defense of justice [...]
During this meeting, Hoxha and Tashol have presented the activities and goals of the platform “Freedom has the name”, stressing the importance of civic mobilization for the protection of national justice and dignity, and have expressed gratitude for the support provided by the Skyright Community.
“This Marsh is a civic call for respecting impartial justice and for its clear political separation, in defense of the historical truth and the values of our liberation war”, Ismail Tasholli has declared.
While Eliza Hoxha has stressed that support from municipalities and local leaders is empowering this civic cause. The support we are receiving from mayors is evidence that this cause is on daily politics and represents a common civic interest”, she said.
For his part, the head of the Scikyright municipality, Sami Lushtaku, has expressed full support for March 17th and has called for widespread civic participation.
“This March for Justice and for Our Deliverers being held at The Hague deserves the support and participation of every Kosovo citizen”, Lushtaku has declared.
The “Liria platform has the name” to continue meetings and activities in all Kosovo municipalities, with the aim of as broad a civic mobilization for the February 17th March in Pristina, under the motto “Justice, not politics”.
