According to him, the term “Kosovo Liberation Army Police (UÇK)” is a prosecutor's thesis, “drawn up as a basket where the prosecution could drop as much evidence through non-fiction evidence” to give the wrong impression that there was some kind of police and that it was headed by Selimi as minister of Public Order.
After June, The KLA and the KLA military police have been placed under the responsibility of the commanders of the areas, not Mr. Selimi's responsibility. There was no such KLA police, or the Ministry of Public Order, that has been monitored by Mr. Selimi, as the SPS claims”.
