Haxhiu had demanded cancellation of the CEC's decision on the part of the separation of mandates under gender quota, claiming its implementation had been made incorrectly and violated the actual candidate rankings by the vote. He had stressed that, although he was ranked 20th on the PDK list with 21.520 votes and the subject had won 22 mandates, he was not included in the final list of MPs.
According to the PZAP decision, the complaint has been deemed unfounded and the CEC's decision to split mandates remains in force. /Periscopi
