Police arrest three elites in Mitrovica, find about 50 bags of drugs

Police in South Mitrovica have arrested three people today, under suspicion of involvement in criminal work “Blerje, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”.

According to competent organs, the arrest occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, until the arrest of suspects was carried out at two locations in Mitrovica.

During the search, according to police, 47 bags of suspected narcotic substance, with total weight of 40.84 grams, have been found and seized.

The three suspects have been assigned police detention measures, while investigations concerning the case are under way by the DHTN's relevant unit”, said the official announcement.
