The services of the Durres Police Commissioner, following successive operations on the dawning of previously created thefts based on information obtained on operational routes, have finalised the code-named police operation “Targat””, said among other things in the report.

In Durres, the license plates of Albanian and Kosovo vehicles were allegedly sold to experienced persons to commit crimes against the person and property, identified, captured, and conscripted by the suspected author.
The 36-year-old Kosovo suspect is author of theft in several cases of vehicle license plates.
Two sets of license plates -- Albanian and Kosovo -- screwdriver, pinca, a knife, a pair of gloves and a mask.
The services of the Durres Police Commissioner, following successive operations on the dawning of previously created thefts, based on information obtained on operational routes, have finalised the code-named police operation “Targat”.
Under the operation, citizen E was captured and bound. Q., 36, from Kosovo.
This citizen was apprehended in the area No. 13, Beach-Durra, with the device “Ford”, with license plates stolen in district no. 5, Durres, owned by citizens R. C.
During the search exercised on the “Fod” vehicle, two license plates from Kosovo have been found in the trunk, as well as in the driver's seat have been found screwdrivers, pinca, a knife, a pair of gloves and a hood.
Tools that this citizen allegedly used to commit theft.
The above countries were seized in the quality of material evidence.
Also, from investigative actions it has resulted that this citizen is the author of the license plates theft in two other vehicles, which took place in recent months.
