Five people have been arrested in Kacanik for attempted heavy theft
On 01.02.26, around 01:40, police in Kacanik have admitted information that two people were trying to break the window of a career on the “Ismail Raka” in Kacanik. Immediately after receiving information, police units have come to the scene, where they have encountered and arrested two suspected persons -- citizens of Serbia: M.M. (36 years) and D.T. (35 years of age) who have been caught in the phalanx, performing criminal work “Tentim grave theft”. Also, about the same time, another police patrol has banned a car with local license plates, in which three suspected persons -- Kosovo citizens -- were located: L.M. (48 years old), B.H. (42) and R.F. (28 years old), who have been escorted to the police station. ”
Police have confiscated suspected means used to commit criminal acts, such as metal rod (hebelle), Dana, different keys, screwdriver, a sharp tool (scalod), and gloves.
“During search of suspects have also been found keys to a VW Caddy type car with local license plates, which was parked near the site. ”
The suspects have been interviewed in the presence of defence lawyers and translators, while two have accepted involvement in the case.
At the order of the state prosecutor, five people have been sent to holding for 48 hours for further investigative procedures. ”/Periscopi/
