The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtesa will have 96 hours available to consider 7 complaints addressed to this institution on the final results of the December snap elections.
In a written answer, it is underlined that five complaints are by political subjects and two others by a candidate for Parliamentary MP for the next legislature.
Democratic Party MP Bekim Haxhiu has filed two complaints. One of them concerns the distribution of the seats in the Assembly, while the other relates to alleged irregularities during the number of votes by mail.
While five more complaints come from political subjects in the minority ranks. Two complaints have prompted the new Democratic League, which links it with allegations of voting irregularities, namely balloting.
A complaint on voting irregularities also filed by the Coalition P AI, PAK, LPB, as well as the United Roma Party of Kosovo.
The Serbian List has filed complaints against the Central Election Commission's decision not to approve its candidate list. At the weekend meeting, when the CEC announced the election results, Vetevendosje members voted against and those of the Democratic Party abstained.
The political struggle, the political battle is legitimate, but should it be in the processes which are also emergency, to do so, is to address these very political subjects, in this case those who voted against and those who abstained. So neither dramatized nor minimized, but it's simply a political struggle that political subjects do at certain times, for their political intentions”, said Mazum Baraliu, expert on legal issues.

December's early parliamentary elections, adopting the constituent lists of all parties, in addition to that of the Serbian List. The mission stresses the need for full respect of international electoral standards, in particular transparent and inclusive publishing of election results, as a means to ensure judicial security and equal treatment for all election competitors.
