In fact, we have worked very closely with the Russians, just as we did with Europeans and other nations for Kosovo independence, because we believe it is the right thing to do. There is a dispute, but we believe, just like many other countries, that history will prove this as an exact move to bring peace to the Balkans. This strategy has long been prepared”, Bush noted.
