KSF members sue the defence ministry for unpaid custody hours

A significant number of members of the Kosovo Security Force (FSK), including high-ranking military officials, have initiated indictments against the Ministry of Defence, seeking financial compensation for additional custody hours, which, according to them, were not paid for months.

Periscop sources suggest the indictments are linked to overtime commitments, including custody services, which are allegedly not addressed in line with the legislation in force and related sublaws.

According to the same sources, despite institutional obligations and the hierarchical structure of the KSF, the right to financial compensation for additional hours is guaranteed and must be applied to all members.
