During the meeting, the generals reportedly exchanged views on the security situation in Kosovo and the wider region.
Ulitaş also expressed his sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution of the United Kingdom to the KFOR mission.
“KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 in 1999 to contribute to a safe environment for all people living in Kosovo and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR works in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union's Mission for Law Rule in Kosovo (EULEX), in their respective roles as security responseors”, the report said.
