The services of the Directorate for Investigation of Criminal Crimes in the Department of Criminal Police and those of the Directorate of the Task Force in Tirana, as a result of the immediate management of a public administration employee, that he was blackmailed by the administrator of a portal, finalised the coded operation “Portal 1211>.
As a result of quick operational actions, he was seized in the Commission's Office in Tirana, shortly after receiving 5,000 euros from the injured, and was put in handcuffs citizen E. L., 37.
He is suspected that through blackmail, he has taken public administration employees, the amount of euros, to wipe out the portal he administered, some writings he had posted for him at different times.
Work comes to identify and apprehend other citizens involved in this criminal activity.
