Regional representative Resident of the International Monetary Fund (FMN) for the Western Balkans Sebastian Sosa has announced that an IMF delegation will visit Kosovo from today to February 13th to hold annual consultations under Article IV with the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the announcement, the mission will be led by David Naglobel and aims to analyse the recent macroeconomic developments in the country, assess economic prospects and possible risks, as well as discuss economic policies and reform priorities with local authorities and key interest parties.
The IMF has announced that at the end of the visit, the mission plans to publish a communiqué for the media as well as hold a conference where key findings and assessments of consultations will be presented.
