The political editor, Ilir Deda, has commented on the president's case, saying that anyone exercising this post should do so by correctly understanding the responsibility and duties of the presidency. He has added that, in Kosovo, a superficial culture of exercising high responsibilities of the state has been created.

Deda has also estimated that the president's position has a role in building political cohesion.

He has mentioned several points, according to Deda said, the upcoming presidency would have to function.

One of the points that Deda has mentioned is that the president has a unifying role and that in exercising this role he turns into a place of social and political actors, adding to the next point, that in the exercise of unity, the president should show high sense and maximum understanding of non-communal communities, and assist in solving the primary problems for non-communities.

He has also said how the other point is the presidency is the same as the central address for preserving democratic order and democratic culture, and that, as the fifth point, Constitutional P taught.

Posting:

Kosovo needs anyone elected as president to exercise this post, correctly understanding the responsibility and duties of the presidency.

A superficial and formal culture of exercising high - responsibilities has been developed in us, lacking the substance of responsibilities.

In addition to institutional and political balance and constitutional guarantees of power sharing, the exercise of this task has a tremendous role in building political cohesion and the beginning of delayed construction of state tradition.

Below are some key points on how the upcoming Kosovo presidency should function.

1. In foreign politics, the president has a constitutional role in foreign policy guidance. This does not mean that he does the job himself, but he exercises it by building consensus with government, opposition parties and other social acts. In this way Kosovo becomes a contemporary and far more normal state than it is now. Foreign policy is common and is jointly built in contemporary countries. Especially in the case of Kosovo, the president must be very familiar with foreign policy and have patience in co-operation with all political parties.

For example, on every extra trip -- especially on trips where you get pledges for co-operation in various fields with other states -- there should always be representatives of the government, because the government is responsible for living those pledges.

2. The president has a unifying role, and in the exercise of this role he turns into a meeting of political and social actors, and especially serves as a bridge for building domestic political and social trust, and especially has a direct role in overcoming internal polarization whenever it appears. He does not behave like he does not live in Kosovo and that this of “belongs to political parties”.

3. In the exercise of unity, the president should show high sense and maximum understanding for non-US communities, and help address certain primary problems for non-communities by becoming an important address for building overall internal understanding as far as possible. The president always voices against any human rights violations in Kosovo, does not do so selectively or ignoring it.

4. The presidency is also the central address for preserving democratic order and democratic culture, directly including independence of the justice system and the constitutional court.

5. Constitutional Patriotism is key.

It is up to political parties to start a process of discussions that will result in the election of president/president, possibly by 80 votes D.

And it would be best to then have constitutional changes so that next time citizens choose directly the first of the state.
