After eight hours, the Axis Elbasan-Qafe opens for circulation.

Aksi Elbasan-Qafe said it was open to the circulation of vehicles, after hours of jam caused by the landslides of the leaves and stones in the Book-Qafe segment said. Road police, in co-operation with the Albanian Road Authority, are managing traffic and directing drivers to ensure the management of circulation.

The situation has been problematic throughout the day, as the full deadlock of the road in both senses created mile of automobiles, which, according to reports on A2 CNN, passed over 20 kilometers.

Other collapses have been recorded during the intervention to clean up the road, significantly making the work of vehicles difficult, and extending the time of unlocking.

Authorities urge drivers to show increased care, respect field service guidelines and move at reduced speeds because of the risk of other slides. /Periscope
