According to Hamza, on February 6, 1999, Kosovo spoke with its voice and decided on its future, choosing peace, freedom and the right path of history. He stressed that Kosovo's delegation to Rambouille, led by Hashim Thaci as leader, played a key role in this crucial process.
Hamza recalled that nine years after the Rambouillet Conference, Kosovo declared independence, viewing this as continuation of the road headed towards freedom and statehood.
In His Message, Head of The PDK honoured Kosovo heroes and expressed gratitude for international allies who, according to him, supported Kosovo in every step towards freedom and state building.
