Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani had warned of indictment for daily journalist Michael Martens, Frankfurter Allgemen Zeitung (FAZ).
The issue has been invited to the T7 “prissing”, media lawyer butterfly Kusari.
She has said Osmani cited criminal law, implying that she will send the journalist to prison.
Kusari asked how it is possible for the president to have so little tolerance of criticism.
From my legal perspective came an interesting reference to the criminal law, because when I mention the criminal law, I bring the journalist to prison, given that Germany is a place where the protection of reputation is followed by civil laws”, she said.
