The contract was granted on February 2nd, 2026, while its signing was left on March 3, 2026. The contract concerns “Hygienic-sanitary maintenance in the municipality and other variation institutions”, its overall values are 36 thousand euros for a period of three months, reports Periscope.
There has been only one bidder in this procedure, which has even won the tender economic operator “M BU ROYA S. P.K”, headquartered in Prizren. The selection criteria have been the lowest price, though in this case there has been no competition and offer.
The decision on such a tender comes at a time when the current chairman has just started exercise tasks, and one of his actions before a new local government has been a one-study contract.
Kosovo Public Procurement Law Procures that a single-source tender can only be given under specific conditions, when a product is offered only by an operator or in emergency conditions. From the fact that it has to do with cleaning, the tender is in conflict with the Public Procurement Law.
This case is added to the long list of single-source tenders that have given Vetevendosje power through ministries, public companies and municipalities. /Periscope
