These are the evidence of Flora Brovina, Zahrie Podrimqak and Behare Kryeziu for torture by Cvetkovic in prison.

The statement about guilt has been made after special prosecutor Father and Dema has read the charge he is charged with.

Cvetkovic, along with four other prison officials, is said to have mistreated the prisoners until tradeoffs.

“... acting deliberately and violating the rules of international law during the armed conflict, respectively, during this period of time systematically abused Albanian prisoners, dehumanizing them with various means like rubber bats, kicking and fists, until allivancing, causing bodily injury, as the victims explain, after those beatings had suffered great pain in all the body, mental violence, seriously affected them for life as a consequence of this, and beatings have suffered constant anxiety and fear, inflicted on the victims who carry even the worst consequences of their actions, according to local laws, local war crimes, and war crimes, the 21th century.

Torture from the accused has described Zahrie Podrimqaku in a statement also damaged.

On the other hand, it claims dehumanizing conditions in prison rooms, showing that it had been held in several rooms together with other inmates, some of whom had been severely tortured”, said in the indictment.

After the damaged tortures of Behare Kryeziu, he said that he had been sent to a room of Podrimqak, which was said to be in serious health after the tortures suffered.

Kryeziu was quoted as saying that he was beaten only because at the prison mall he had communicated with the other prisoner, Leonora Morina, asking if he had cigarettes.

“Tout was the month of June when in the prison mall, he had communicated with Leonore, asking if there were cigarettes, where the guards Susan and Nadica Tsvetkoviq had observed it, and as a result of this communication, Nadica had beaten him with a feather (skink) by hitting him on his back, thigh, and foot, causing him severe injuries, beating him about 3-4 minutes. During the time Nadica beat her, she communicated with other guards who were beating up other prisoners by telling each other that they were not being beaten enough, while at the same time Susan and another jailer beat Leonor”, the indictment said.

On January 16 P The SRK pressed charges against Nadica Cvetkovic for criminal work “War crimes against the civilian population”.
