Adopted the Bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union on Agendas for the implementation of Union support for Kosovo under the Reform and Growth Instrument.
The purpose of this agreement is to create the necessary legal base so that Kosovo can benefit from European Union funds, worth 882.6m euros, offered within this instrument for reform and growth;
Adopted the Bill on Ratification of the Financial Agreement for the First Programme for “Funding Development Policy for Fiscal Effect, Competition and Green Growth” between the Republic of Kosovo and the International Development Association (part of the World Bank);
Adopted Credit Agreement Ratification Bill for “The instrument for Reform and Growth for the Western Balkans” between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union. The deal is aimed at accelerating the alignment with European Union legislation, regional economic integration, as well as socio-economic convergence with the EU, meeting the funds of the first membership instrument (IPA);
Adopted the Bill on Ratification of the Credit Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance and the International Development Association for the KOMPAS-led Kosovo General Access to Strengthening the Health System. This agreement is supporting the health sector in Kosovo as well as part of the governing programme. It's worth 18.6m euros, and conditions are similar to that for early childhood education;
Adopted the Credit Agreement Ratification Bill between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance and International Development Association for Project “Education in Early Children and Care for the Kosovo Human Capital. The Ministry of Finance along with the World Bank has signed the credit agreement for the Education Project on Early Child and Care for Human Capital in Kosovo;
Adopted the Law on Business Divisions for the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo for 2026, worth about 4 billion euros;
Approval to the Assembly, through a decision, authorising the extension of last year's World Trade Divisions Law, even for March 2026.
