A complaint has already warned Serbian List's second most voted candidate, Igor Simi, after Saturday by two votes against the Vetevendosje Movement and the rest of the CEC members who abstained were not approved from the list of candidates of this party.
The Law on Elections envisions that for handling complaints, PZAP has four days.
Two days after the verdict, the parties have the right to complain even at the Supreme Court until the court has three days to decide.
So with the estimate of legal deadlines, the final decision-making could last until mid-February.
