For two cases admitted to work, nine defendants from the Dragas municipality have been placed as follows:
By February 10th, against the three defendants L.A., B.B., and S.S.: Each single single suspect in the fraud of voting results has been rejected as unequivocally demanding by the Constitutional Prosecutor Prizren for the appointment of the detention measure, and defendants have been released to defend themselves in regular procedure.
Also on February 10th, against six defendants A.K., M. R:, E. R:, A:Q:, A.T., and R.S., the State Prosecutor's request for the detention measure has been rejected, and the defendants have been scheduled for house arrest, in length of (1) a month that can last until 09.03.2026.
For two two cases accepted at work, the nineteen defendants from the Suhareka Community have been placed as follows:
By February 11th, 2026, two requests have been accepted for the detention of 19 defendants, for each apart for the forged criminal act of voting results.

To nine (9) defendants, H. S: S., S.C., H.G., G.K., F.G., J.D., F.V.:, J. G:, B.K., has refused the State Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure, and house arrest measures have been appointed against the defendants.
