With that decision, the embassy said the right of non-most communities in the country, along with all other political subjects, is reaffirmed to participate fully in the democratic process.
We expect the elected representatives to be legally able to take office and serve the citizens they have chosen. The United Kingdom continues to support transparent and rule-based election processes in Kosovo.
We encourage all political institutions and actors to respect the decisions of democratic institutions and support the integrity of the electoral framework. A credible and comprehensive election process is essential for Kosovo's democratic stability and for strengthening trust among all communities”It says in response.
