Bekim Haxhiu hands over two complaints to PZAP these are his claims

According to him, complaints concern balloting by post by voting outside Kosovo and miscalculation, according to him, of the final result.

Dear citizens,
Today I delivered two official complaints to PZAP against the final results announced by the CEC on January 31st, 2026.
Anques related to:
1. The inclusion of 23,323 mail ballot packages from voting outside Kosovo, accepted after the legal deadline, contrary to the Law on General Elections;
2. The miscalculation of the final result, which has affected the separation of mandates and candidate rankings, in the extraordinary elections held with 28.12.2025.
Election deadlines and equality of the vote are not recommendations, they guarantee the equality of the vote and the credibility of the election process.
No CEC administrative decision can change the law and constitution.
I seek no privilege.
I only require equal application of law and Constitution.
Protecting the legal vote is the protection of democracy.
