Unlike the summer months, when the highest flow of crossings belongs to the Republic of Albania, this period is winter tourist destinations that are attracting more citizens. Mostly from Tirana, many travelers have chosen to head towards Kosovo over the weekend, aimed at mountainous areas and ski centres.
To cope with the increased flow of vehicles, border authorities are working with all sports in office, with the aim of avoiding delays and facilitating circulation.
Over the last 24 hours, over 9,000 people have registered access and exit at this border point. Meanwhile, during the days of the week the flow remains lower compared to the weekend.
