Given the processed data so far, 771 votes have been lifted from him.
After him, Xhavit Haliti ranks PDK's with -411 votes.
On the VVU list, Gramos Agusholl has also come up with 273 votes minus, as well as Skender Thaci -275 votes.
These results are from 123 seats of 139 total in Pec.
