(6 months ago)On Friday, Istog was shocked by a serious case. Kosovo police detained a 54-year-old woman inflict, raping a 12-year-old minor in the village of Dubrava. After that, the Constitutional Court in Pec ʹ the Department of Criminal Affairs, with Prosecution Judge Shaqa Curri, appointed the measure of month-long detention against defendants [...]
After this case, the Foundation Court in Pec .P.D., with the Prosecution Judge Shaqa Curri, appointed the measure of month-long detention of T.P. defendants following the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec.
The detention was provided with the reasoning that there is any doubt based on the defendant T.P. has committed criminal work “Dyumi”, according to Article 227 paragraph 7 concerning paragraph 1 and according to Article 77 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The move is set in line with the legal conditions envisioned with the Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code.
The media reported during yesterday that the suspect in question is Tom Prekaj from Gurracoci.
