According to medical sources that have spoken of Al Jazeera, at least 28 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces outside their areas imposed under the October 10th ceasefire agreement.
This number of victims includes 18 people who were killed within the city of Gaza, they said.
Mahmoud Basal, spokesperson for the Palestinian Civil Protection in Gaza, has told Al Jazeera that most of those killed in Israeli attacks today are children.
He said Israeli forces used rockets, which have caused widespread destruction and large fires in the hit areas.
Basal added that up until now seven people have been taken out of police headquarters, which was bombed by Israeli forces in the town of Gaza's Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood.
Otherwise, the Palestinian Health Ministry has announced that since the start of the war with Israel on October 7th, 2023, the total number of those killed in Gaza has reached 71,769, while 171,483 persons injured.
