Division of results and anti-VV position for “Srpska”: Chocolate: Absurd, responsibility holds even Radonic who allowed

Eugen Cakoli from KDI has reacted to announcing the results made by the CEC today. According to him, in addition to the initial violation of the declaration of results without the legal deadline for complaints being consumed, the CEC has made another violation by formalising the illegal practice of allowing the declaration of partial results, only for some [...]
“Law does not recognise final results for a particular party, nor separate decisions according to subjects or candidates”, Calcoli wrote in his response.
According to Colcol, what happened at the CEC meeting is absurd and all those who did not vote for it would have to address their complaints about the results.
So what happened today is absurd. Any member who voted against or abstained if he had real doubts about the results was the one who had to complain. The situation is not resolved by political voting within the CEC, nor is it blocking or allowing results according to the interests of the moment. But knowing what the legal epilogue would be from a potential complaint to the PZAP or the Supreme, some chose to put off even an episode of this meaningless political show”, he wrote.
Full response:
Beyond the initial violation, the proclamation of results without the legal deadline for complaints of today's CEC went a step further and formalised a completely illegal practice, announcing partial results, so only for some political subjects.
Election results are the only act and produce consequences for all at once. The law does not recognise final results for a particular party, nor do separate decisions according to subjects or candidates. Equally important, the rejection of results cannot remain the undefined political opinion, without any concrete claims of legal violations.
So what happened today is absurd. Any member who voted against or abstained if he had real doubts about the results was the one who had to complain. The situation is not resolved by political voting within the CEC, nor is it blocking or allowing results according to the interests of the moment. But knowing what the legal epilogue would be from a potential complaint to the PZAP or the Supreme, some chose to postpone an episode of this meaningless political show.
This way, The CEC is acting as if it has the power to decide who enters the post-pronouncement and who does not. And for that, the CEC chairman who allowed artificial division of results without any legal basis is responsible.
Above all, the main problem is not just today but the precedent that is being created. If today's results are professionally announced, they may be delayed or selectively certified tomorrow. So the election process ceases to be a legal process and becomes political management of results. And this is institutional arbitrators, without any dilemma.
