Eugen Cakoli from KDI has said that the Central Election Commission is entitled to announce final results without 48-hour deadlines for complaints concerning the management of the KNR counting procedures.

Cakolli has also said that election legislation formally recognises the right of political subjects and candidates to complain of any alleged violations during the KNR count, within the 48-hour deadline from the moment of its happening.

And, complaining about procedures in the CNR is a matter of procedural legitimacy, marked by complaining about the legality of final results as such, he has said, among other things.
