Bahtari's lawyer denies arrest

Lawyer Asdren Hoxha through a post on the social network on Facebook has denied that Petrit Bahtari was arrested today.

He says his clients are abroad.

Regarding news published in some media, Mr. Petrit Bahhitari has been arrested, public opinion is that this information is false.

After direct contact with Mr. Petrit Bahtari, as his friend and at the same time his lawyer, I have been informed and confirmed by the same one that he has not been arrested, as claimed in the news release.

Petrit Bahtyar is out of the country and is extremely surprised and indignant with such a deignive and incriminating campaign on his personality and his family.

The publication of this incorrect information constitutes disinformation of public opinion and seriously violates Mr. Bahhitari.

We ask the media to publish this false news to make immediate denial and reflect in accordance with professional and legal standards of information.

If the media don't reflect and take action to withdraw this false news about my client's arrest. My client warns they'll take appropriate legal action.
