During his speech, Abdidjik said that with full sense of responsibility, he presents the Parliament's resignation from the mayor's office so that the question of confidence can be put directly before delegates.
Dear delegates, full responsibility I am presenting to the LDK Parliament my resignation from the mayor's post, so this country will decide on vote of confidence,” Obadiah said.
He stressed that the move is not aimed at creating crises or divisions within the party, but at clarifying the political direction that should be pursued in the future.
I don't do this to cause a crisis, but to clarify the way we have to move forward. I do it not to divide the LDK, but to strengthen and unite it,” he said, addressing delegates with the question of how they view its continuation as the chairman and the future of the party.
Abdixhiku concluded, stressing that any decision the Parliament will make, he will accept and respect it with full dignity and trust in the LDK democratic process.
