A 54-year-old was detained under suspicion that he violated a minor girl, 13, at a motel in Istog.
The Kosovo Police seized him, while the prosecutor and defender of the victims were on the scene.
Foundation Prosecutor's spokesman in Pec, Shkodran Nikci, said they would submit the request for the appointment of the detention measure against him.
“A person has been detained under the order of the state prosecutor under suspicion that he committed criminal work “rape”. The State Prosecutor within the legal deadline will apply for the appointment of the detention measure. The Kosovo police have caught him in the air. Also, at the scene, state prosecutor, victim defender and other relevant institutions” has emerged, he told Gazeta Express.
