Family, friends, stage and screen colleagues, as well as political and cultural personalities, gathered to bid their last farewell to the artist who left a lasting mark on Albanian art.
Pristina Mayor Perpar Rama, LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku, as well as renowned actors Fatmir Spahiu, Astrit Kabashi's Sheremet.
Petrovci was not only a prominent actor and director but also a professor who inspired generations of young artists.
His contribution to Albanian art, and on theatre stage remains irreplaceable, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
His prayers for his great figure continue during the day, giving citizens and art lovers the opportunity to remember and honor him.
After the holidays, the actor will be forwarded to the last residence in Pristina.
