Periscop sources have said the party led by Albin Kurti is trying to change procedures and that the deputy heads of the Parliament will be voted separately.

According to this source, it's being done by VVéjaʹkinsche because of the deputy chairman belonging to Serbian Lists.

So in case the vice heads of the Assembly are not elected, the Assembly doesn't count as constitution.

The Speaker of the Assembly seeks from the three largest parliamentary subjects (LVV, PDK, LDK) to propose by a candidate for deputy chairman/e, while LVV candidate must be of the other gender from the mayor.

The deputy leaders of the three parties are voted in packages.

MPs from the Serbian community propose a candidate for deputy speaker, as well as MPs from other non-party communities who are later elected with the majority of votes of all MPs.

Proposals are made in writing, while if there are no proposals, candidates are determined by lots in the presence of the deputies of relevant communities, under the management of the Speaker of the Parliament.

The two communities' deputy leaders are voted in packages.
