What happened at the CEC meeting? Who are the 33 certified subjects, and what is the number of candidates?

At this meeting, the CEC made separate decisions on the Certificate of the 4th group of 33 political subjects for participation in local elections, which will be held on October 12th 2025. The overall number of candidates, representing these political subjects, is 4,913 candidates, out of whom 156 candidates for the mayors of the municipalities and 4,757 for members of the Municipal Assembly.

In the fourth group of political subjects planned for certificates did not pass to the CEC the candidates of the two Serbian parties, Serbian List and Republika Democratic Srpska.

The CEC has not certified either the candidate for mayor of the Decani municipality, since in response to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the candidate The PDK is a member of the foreign service.
